Membership and season fees are paid through TeamFeePay — no chasing envelopes on the touchline.

TeamFeePay

Membership fees (2026/27 season)

Two tiers. Same squad. Same coaches. Same friends. Different match-day load.

  • Single payment: £180
  • 3 payments: 3 × £60 on 1 Aug, 1 Sep, 1 Oct

FAQ

What events does the team take part in?

Local league matches, friendlies, tournaments and cup games, plus team-building and seasonal celebrations. Schedules go out on the website, Facebook, and via your coach.

How can I volunteer?

Help at training, on match days (those goals don’t put themselves away), and with events or fundraising. Email events@mnyfc.club.

What should we expect on match days?

Arrive at least 30 minutes early for warm-up. Wear the kit your coach asks for, with the right boots. Cheer respectfully for both teams. Locations and kick-off times are shared during the week.

When and where is training?

Training is on Thursdays, 5:00–6:00pm at the Hawks home pitch behind the Hawks Hub. Changes are shared via WhatsApp / Spond.

Spond

Fixtures and availability live in Spond. Join your age-group group, keep the app updated, and we will nudge you on a Tuesday.

How do we share allergies or medical needs?

Register medical needs on the form so coaches know. If needs change mid-season, update your details or escalate via the coaches.

What kit and equipment is needed?

A Hawks shirt, shorts and socks are provided and included in membership. Bring shin pads, appropriate boots (screw-ins for wet months, moulded when harder), a water bottle, and label everything.

How do we get news and announcements?

WhatsApp groups (added at registration), the website, and social channels. Critical changes — like kick-off times — come via WhatsApp first.

What if we cannot attend training or a match?

Tell the coach as soon as you can via WhatsApp or phone so sessions and teams can be planned.

Are there extra fees beyond membership?

Membership covers most training and league costs. Special events, tournaments or trips may have extra fees, always communicated in advance. Club-wide 2026/27 membership fees are listed in the table above.

How do I contact the coaches?

Email coaches@mnyfc.club or use your group WhatsApp.
